The main purpose is to identify our customers to enable us to deliver to you the goods or services that you buy from us and to provide you with any follow-up that is required.  We also have to retain records of all our transactions for tax and accounting reasons.

If the law requires us to, we may need to collect and process your data.  For example we can pass details of people involved in illegal activity to law enforcement.

Our website also uses ‘cookies’ to recognise your visit to our website, these are used to enhance the experience on our site, for example to show products you have recently viewed.

We do not give anyone else access to personal data unless we are required to by law.

Our entire website uses SSL technology (the padlock icon on your browser) to ensure a secure connection between your bowser and our website.

Payment transactions and made on payment processing company secure sites.  We never see or store and payment card numbers.

Any printed documents that hold personal information are stored in locked furniture.  When documents are no longer required they are disposed of via a cross cut shredder.

We need to keep customer details for at least 6 full tax years under the UK tax laws.

After that, until you ask us in writing to delete your personal data, we will keep it to enable us to contact you as mentioned earlier in this notice.

  • Require us to rectify any errors
